Order Cancellation or Changes
If you need to cancel an order or make any changes,
firstname.lastname@example.org, we will attempt to do so, as long as the
item has not already been shipped.
After we verify that the order has not yet been
shipped, we will reply with a confirmation of the cancellation or
change. Verification can only be made during warehouse business hours,
so we may not be able to reply until the next business day.
The item is not cancelled until you receive a
confirmation from us, if you do not hear back from us with 24 hours
(Monday- Friday), perhaps your spam blocker did not allow the email
through, please call 309-224-0593.
In the event the item has already been shipped and
you still would like to cancel your order, It will fall within the terms
of our Return Policy. You will need to either refuse delivery, or ship
the item back at your expense per our Return Policy.
Refused delivery items and incorrectly addressed
orders will also be responsible for the original shipping charges that
Backyardstuff incurred to ship the item to you.
