Shipping
Shipping is free on all of our products within the
Continental U.S. To ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us by
email:
customerservice@backyardstuff.com or by phone 309-224-0593 for a
shipping quote prior to ordering.
Most items, unless oversized ship either UPS
Ground or FedEx Ground. Oversized items with ship via common
carrier/freight and will often take a little longer, the estimated
delivery time will be stated on the product description page.
The shipping time will vary upon the product you
are ordering and the ship to destination. Ground shipping time can range
anywhere from 1-6 business days in addition to the processing time
stated for the product below the “Add to Cart” button for the item.
We can offer expedited shipping on most of our
products for an additional charge. For a quote please email:
customerservice@backyardstuff.com with the item name, item number,
ship to zip code and date you will need the item delivered by, or call
309-224-0593.
Tracking
To request a tracking number, email:
trak@backyardstuff.com include your order number, the ship to zip
code and last name or business that it is shipping to.
State Sales Tax
Sales tax only applies to the below items and
states:
Arizona residents will pay AZ State sales
tax on all of our products, this will be automatically calculated in
check out.
California residents will be charged a 7.75%
CA State sales tax on the Outdoor Pool Tables, this is not automatically
calculated in check out, but will be charged when the order ships.
California, New York & New Jersey residents
will be charged state sales tax on the Outdoor LCD Televisions (rate is
dependent on county) this will not be automatically calculated in check
out, but will be charged after the order ships.
